International Delivery

Due to the additional customs fees, surcharges and taxes imposed on our products as a result of the UK leaving the EU, we have regrettably suspended all international deliveries while we search for solutions that will allow us to offer the same great cost effective services to our international customers.

We are sorry for any disappointment this causes in the meantime.

Bulk Orders

We welcome bulk orders of all sizes, but please note larger orders may require additional handling time, depending on order qty and our workload at the time. Please contact us prior to placing your bulk order for details regarding our multiple shipping address options and delivery timescales.


To ensure your item arrives in perfect condition, our Bouquets are cellophane wrapped and expertly packed in to well fitting extra-strong double corrugated cardboard boxes and void-filled to eliminate movement during transit

Unable to Deliver & Redelivery

Royal Mail Delivery – All Domestic Services

Royal mail will attempt to deliver once and will automatically hold your item at their sorting office for a minimum of 18 Days.

If Royal Mail are unable to deliver, the item is refused and/or the customer fails to collect or advise of further delivery instructions within this period, the item will be returned to us.
There is currently no charge for Royal Mail to return items to sender.

Courier Delivery – Bulk & International Orders

Our couriers will attempt to deliver three times and then automatically hold your item at their depot or a local pickup point for a combined minimum period of 14 days.

Returns Policy

Lost or Damaged in Transit & Delays

In the case of items lost in transit, we will offer you an immediate replacement. We will usually be notified by the courier if an item is lost in transit, however if your item is delayed please contact us so we can investigate this ASAP.

If, upon delivery, the packaging covering your goods appears to be damaged, or for any other reason you suspect that the goods may have been damaged in transit, please sign for as UNCHECKED or DAMAGED and notify us within 24 hours. In such a case, we will arrange for a return and replacements to be sent out to you ASAP. cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of goods left unsigned for at the customers request.

Provided the goods were dispatched on time, cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to but not limited to:

  1. Customer not in to accept delivery.
  2. Incomplete address details or delivery instructions provided.
  3. Unforeseen courier delays (adverse weather, traffic delays & breakdowns).
  4. Refusal to accept delivery (for any reason).
  5. Changes to deliveries-in-progress (ie. changes of address, delivery date or upgrades).

In addition, cannot accept any liability for:

  1. Deliberate damage or misuse.
  2. Anything that does not adversely affect the presentation of the item and/or the edibility of it’s contents.
  3. Loss or damage of goods left in a safe place at the customers request.
  4. Softening, melting or other quality issues due to exposure to extreme temperatures (Typically 32ºC+).

Please Note: Photographs may be requested to help process any claims.

Changes to Deliveries-in-Progress

Our couriers offer various in-flight options to help ensure a successful delivery. These may include:

  1. Leave with a neighbour.
  2. Leave in a “Safe Place”.
  3. Collect from Local Pickup Point or Depot.
  4. Change of Delivery Address.
  5. Change of Delivery Date.
  6. Delivery Upgrades (ie. before 12pm).

⚠️ Please be aware: Making changes to deliveries-in-progress can present logistical issues, that may lead to:

  1. Unexpected delays to deliveries.
  2. The inability to fulfill the request. cannot accept any liability for delays or unfulfilled instructions caused by changes to deliveries-in-progress.

It is therefore strongly recommended to provide any special delivery instructions at the time of ordering and always choose a suitable delivery method.

Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely event we have made a mistake regarding your instructions and the contents of your order. Please notify us within 24 hours. We will arrange for a return and replacements to be sent out to you ASAP.

Please Note: Subject to availability, we may sometimes need to substitute an item for another similar item of an equal or higher value.

Delivery to a neighbour

To ensure a timely delivery, our couriers at their discretion may deliver to a neighbour. This is a widely accepted practice and the policy of most couriers including Royal Mail.
We therefore consider a delivery confirmation to a neighbours address, proof of receipt of goods at the time it was handed to the neighbour.

Unless specifically instructed NOT to deliver to a neighbour before dispatch, we cannot be held liable for any consequential loss or late deliveries etc. due to but not limited to, unwillingness to collect due neighbourly disputes, loss, theft or damage to items whilst in a neighbours care.

If you or your recipient are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we accept non-damaged returns up to 30 days after receipt of goods, Subject to the following terms & conditions:

1. You must contact us in writing within 60 days to approve your return.
2. The item is returned in original packaging, unopened and in a resellable condition.
3. The buyer accepts responsibility for all return postage costs and accepts liability for the safe return of the item. (insured courier services including proof of delivery are highly recommended).

Please Note: Due to the customised and/or made-to-order and/or perishable nature of some our products we reserve the right to refuse returns or issue refunds for any reason other than those stated above.
