Yes it is. We do not include any logos or other identifying marks on the box, so the contents will be a secret until opened.
No, almost all of our items are bought as gifts, so we never include any prices with our deliveries.
We will of course email you an invoice when you complete your order.
Yes, every product page has a free gift message box.
Our Sweetie Bouquets are perfect for raffles, charity auctions and other prizes, and we get inundated with requests from fundraisers for many worthy causes.
Although we do directly support some Community Interest Companies, Charities and Community Sports Clubs that are close to our heart, we are unable to support any other causes at this time and therefore cannot offer any discounts or free products for fundraising or other charitable work.
Yes, simply select Pick-a-Day Delivery or Weekend Delivery (for Sat & Sun) and select the date you require.

Yes, both Saturday & Sunday deliveries are available for UK Mainland addresses, simply choose Weekend Delivery at checkout and choose the date you need your item to arrive.
Yes we do! If you place your order before 3pm Mon-Thur and choose Guaranteed Next Day Delivery or choose Weekend Delivery before 3pm Friday, we guarantee to deliver Next Day.

Free Delivery, Express Delivery & Highland, UK Islands & Northern Ireland Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and include Electronic Proof of Delivery Only.
